“Clean room”

“TV not operable and no working remote. Three different staff members “troubleshot” with a pile of remotes for a totally different brand TV. Heating/AC unit broken and inoperable. We’re given a completely different style room that we paid for. Site said hot tub, not one at location. Pubic hair (3 in shower, 1 on bathroom sink) and urine under toilet seat. “Nice place but needs a little touch ups in the rooms. I would stay again if they had king size beds available.”
